This Creamy Dream Chicken Pasta with Spinach Cream Sauce is the perfect weeknight dinner! Tender chicken, fresh spinach, and a rich, flavorful sauce come together in one pan for a satisfying and easy meal. Best for busy families who crave comfort food.
Ingredients
- 1 can- chicken in brine
- 200g- pasta
- 2tbsp- butter
- 100g- spinach leaves
- 50g- artichoke
- 1tsp- chicken powder
- 1 tbsp- bleu cheese
- 2 tbsp- nestle cream
- 1/3 cup fresh milk
- 1/4 cup- grated mozzarella
Instructions
- Cooked pasta noodles-al dente. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a medium sized pot over high heat.
- Add butter and garlic, sauté
- Add spinach leaves, artichoke, chicken, bleu cheese, nestle cream, milk, mozzarella, chicken powder and salt to taste
- Add the pasta until coated evenly
- Serve and sprinkle with parsley
