3. B2B Ecommerce Model
Suy Shop operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. We cater to small stores, resellers, mini-marts, and other businesses looking to purchase products in bulk.
We do not currently sell (SRP) directly to individual consumers and outside the Davao City for now.
4. Account Creation and Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain features on our site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Suy Shop is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability, or fraudulent activity.
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Hand.
- Pricing: All prices listed are in PHP and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS with our Customer Service Hotline.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping and delivery policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We currently only deliver within Davao City and aim to fulfill orders within the estimated time frames provided. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to keep you informed.
7. Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds for lost or damaged products caused by the customer. However, we will replace products that are lost or damaged during delivery by our staff. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
8. Product Availability and Descriptions
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations of products, we do not guarantee that all product information is completely free from errors. In case of discrepancies, please contact our customer service for clarification.
- Availability: Products may be out of stock or discontinued at any time without prior notice. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives or adjust your order accordingly.
