COLD STORAGE
- Uses SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system
- Ammonia – refrigerant; -25 to 28OC temperature
- Ante Room temperature is 0 to +10OC
- Has 8 docking areas or loading bays
- Blasting Room temperature is 0 to -40OC
- Capacity: 5 tons for every 4 hours
- accredited as Meat Establishment – Cold Storage “AA” by National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS)
- HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP ) CERTIFIED
- HALAL CERTIFIED
- NMIS ACCREDITED ( AAA )
No wearing of any jewelry
No bringing of foods and drinks
Taking pictures inside the premises is prohibited
Proper hand washing should be observed before entering
Hair net, face mask and boots should always be worn inside the plant area
