Currently, Suy Shop operates within Davao City only. We deliver directly to small stores, resellers, and other businesses in the area. If your business is based outside Davao City, please stay tuned, as we plan to expand our shipping coverage soon.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors like weather, traffic, or courier delays, but we will do our best to keep you updated.

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to receive the package, we will attempt redelivery. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address and provide accurate contact information during checkout to avoid delays.

  • Redelivery Fee: In cases of failed delivery, a redelivery fee may be charged.
